This letter is to clarify the situation of my company, Abbey Engineering and
its involvement with JMC Swing Arms.
JMC Swing Arms ceased trading in 2011. As a limited company, Abbey Engineering
is not liable for any debts or obligations accrued by JMC Swing Arms.
We may as a gesture of good will, be prepared to offer a discounted price
to old JMC Swing Arms customers whose orders have been paid for but not fulfilled.
This is no way an admission of liability.
In March 2012 Abbey Engineering began manufacturing JMC pattern swing arms and
currently employs some of the old JMC Swing Arms workforce. Prior to this, Abbey
Engineering had no connection whatsoever with JMC. Abbey Engineering
will accept new orders and currently has a lead time of 6 weeks. Please e-mail all
